If I share my family tree with someone, does it mean that they will also be able to access my DNA reports?

No, sharing a family tree is not the same as sharing a report. Just because someone is sharing your family tree does not mean that they can view any of your reports. If you would like someone to share your DNA test reports, you will need to send separate invitations for sharing each individual report. Sharing tree and sharing reports are completely separate and unrelated access types.
