The DNA testing kit contains the following items:
1. Sterile buccal swabs for sample collection
2. Specimen envelope for storing the buccal swabs once the sample has been collected
3. DNA testing consent form
4. Instruction sheet
5. Return packaging for sending the samples back to the laboratory for testing
The testing kit does not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
