What happens if I didn’t receive my test kit?

    The expected delivery time for your testing kit is 7 to 14 days if you chose regular shipping and 2 to 3 days if you chose express shipping.

    If your testing kit has not arrived, please send us a ticket to notify us and we will confirm your shipping address with you. If the shipping address that you had provided to us was correct, we will send out a replacement kit immediately at no charge using the same method of delivery that you had chosen in your initial order. If the shipping address that you had provided to us in your original order form was incorrect, the cost for shipping a replacement kit to the corrected or new address is $5 for the replacement kit plus the cost of shipping ($15 for regular or $25 for express).
