How will I know if you had sent out my kit?

    The status check feature allows you to see whether your kit has been shipped out to you, whether your samples have arrived and whether your testing has been completed. To check the status of your DNA test, follow these steps:

    1. Go to www.dnaaccess.com.

    2. Click "Check Test Status" at the top of the page.

    3. Enter the Order ID# and password for the test that you wish to check. The Order ID# is the number that was provided to you in the order confirmation page and order confirmation email after the order was placed. The password is the password that you entered into the online order form when you ordered your DNA test.
